Carolyne S. Beaty Hilton is Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment with Coca‑Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. As Senior Counsel, Carolyne serves as an internal legal resource for labor and employment matters for Region and Corporate Human Resources personnel and management, manages employment litigation and legal services, develops and delivers employment practices training, investigates employee complaints, and represents the Company in labor and employment matters. Carolyne also manages the Company’s Regulatory Compliance Team.
Before joining CCR in 2004, Carolyne was a Labor & Employment Associate with Miller & Martin, PLLC in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Carolyne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. She received her Juris Doctor from University of Georgia. Carolyne is admitted to the Georgia and Tennessee State Bars.
Carolyne enjoys long distance running and reading and is an active member of The Magnolia Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, the Pi Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and The Junior League of Atlanta. She also is a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church. She lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with her husband, Todrick, and 2 year-old Cockapoo, Sasha.
